Big Idea recognizes the value of including subtitle on VeggieTales. Subtitle help the hearing impaired enjoy the shows and allow the kids to follow the story and learn the lyrics of our Silly Songs. Spanish subtitles expand the reach of VeggieTales and make our products accessible to a very large segment of the U.S. population.

Captions provide an option for the hearing impaired to truly enjoy the show…especially since it is difficult to read the lips of a cartoon character. It is the right thing to do. Everyone deserves an opportunity to laugh at a cartoon.

Captions appeal to students with different learning styles- - some learn visually, some more auditory, some through kinesthetic, etc. So it’s part of a complete learning system that helps teachers with students with diverse learning styles.

Our church customers expect our video products to be captioned or subtitled. Just as our Savior welcomed and ministered to all, our churches seek to minister to all, too.
