2. Upload video (Mp4) to our FTP site for your convenience, please call for FTP site login information.

3. We will produce a caption file for your video.

4. Go to your YouTube video, click on captions and click on 'add new captions or transcript' button. Add the caption file (.srt) sent back to you from Caption and Subtitle Services. You'll want to hit 'browse' and add the .srt file that you saved on your computer. Check the box 'caption file (includes time codes)' , choose English and hit 'upload file.' Your video will now have a caption track that can be activated either to turn on or off by clicking on the "CC" button at the bottom of your video.

Pricing:

Captions: $8 per minute with a minimum of $75 for caption file

Transcription services: $2 per minute, $35 minimum
